The Sun City resort is situated in the bushveld of the North West Province of South Africa, surrounded by the mountains of the malaria free Pilansberg National Park; 187km from Johannesburg. The resort consists of 4 hotels - The Palace, The Cascades, The Sun City Hotel and The Cabanas. The Sun City Swim takes place at the Waterworld Dam alongside the Cabanas gardens.
All swimmers must register before swimming. Registration takes place OUTSIDE the main entrance gate to Sun City. At registration all swimmers collect race timing chips (ie race number), goody bags, Sun City and Valley of the Waves entry vouchers and pre ordered t shirts. Registration is open on Friday 21st October from 14h00 - 19h30 and Saturday 22nd October from 06h30 - 11h00.

Upon arrival at Sun City complex proceed directly to the Sports and Social Club to collect your race numbers and entry vouchers to the resort or to enter as a late entry (which also entitles you to entry vouchers)
Once you have collected your race numbers and entry vouchers parking will be in the dedicated parking area. Buses dedicated to swimmers/supporters will leave from the parking area for transport to the Cabanas. Buses will be available for return to the parking area throughout the day.
